Well, good to see you have some fellow PvPers, but IF is totally deserted. You guys should have been hit hard and on your second rez five minutes in. Sad, really.
Also...."TONIGHT WE RIDE"? Really?
I'm sure if we could get all the WoW PvPers out there and put them on a server it would be most glorious, a constant, ongoing war for cities we can't own and territory we can't change, but fun nonetheless.
However, it's not gonna happen.

Well, the video doesn't show our second wave or our walk in.
There was probably 80 Alliance on the second wave, and they waited for us all to die before they flagged and got us on our spawn.
We're getting more people each time we do it. The Alliance have started coming in small groups doing the same thing or Org, but always just hard res and hearth. But, it's working out slowly.
Stormwind I guess has more people, so we're hitting there within the next couple days, hopefully with 2+ raids.

Ugh. Did they fix the walk-back yet?
You surely recall the use of summon locks? Put one where you need to start from, then summon in half your force. Hell, all your force if you don't want to et fancy and you think they can keep still long enough. Otherwise, hit them at the front gates and when they respond, (give 'em time), hit them from behind. If you do nothing else with your raid, use it as an excuse to get someone's level 20+ warlock inserted and logged out. We used one of the inner alleys.

Well, we use two houses in the Mystic Ward, but they've caught onto it. Now we just run in the front gates, take the guard spawn into the mystic ward, AOE it down, and then take out everyone in the commons. We have a summon lock placed in Old Town in Stormwind for next friday. We walk from Kargath to get to Ironforge, it's only like 2 minutes. World PvP is getting fun on the horde side, but the alliance's numbers are too small. After 20 minutes of being there, they finally get a group together, they all flag, die, and then leave when they can't kill us. In Ironforge, it got to the point that we put a summoning stone in the middle of the battle. We were out of combat the entire time because we would all be in vent focus firing people. I miss Total War though, it's just not the same.

Never will be, either. Game is changed. So very, very changed.
Look forward to..hrm, what are we looking forward to again? Oh, Old Republic! Right!

Trying not to get my hopes up on it.
I've tried every new MMO that's come out and not a single one has been much fun for me. :/
I want TOR to be awesome though.

Same. Although I've had a good month from a few, they've eventually proved to have far shorter legs than WoW. SO enjoy the anticipation - it'll probably be the best part of TOR!

Global Agenda looks pretty spiffy

Global Agenda could be very cool, but it also seems kind of niche to me. I'm looking forward to the SP version down by Obsidian, Alpha Protocol. Edit: GA seems to be much less spy-y than I thought and more kill-y. http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/t ... fted-.htmlToo bad.
